Rather than simply dismissing the fantastical elements of Christmas that children seem to love, why not redirect their interest to the example of a godly Christian bishop who aimed to imitate his life on the life of Jesus?
Christianity was not a religion brought by the white man to Africa. It’s not even a white man’s religion. Christianity is a religion of the world. And Africans were some of its earliest worshipers and theologians. We need to celebrate this history.
